Lately my favorite way to use butter is spread on the oven warmed bread from my local farmer’s market. It’s worth getting up early every Saturday to buy a loaf of their cinnamon chip bread to have with some butter for breakfast.

On freshly steamed couscous- the couscous becomes so decadent and buttery- I then pour a healthy ladle of vegetable and meat stew- it makes for the most incredible melt in your mouth experience-

I think my favorite way to use butter is with spaghetti noodles. I love to saute them in butter and red pepper flakes. Then sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese on top once it’s been plated. Some people think I’m weird for eating something so plain. But I love it!

My absolute favorite way to use butter is when I’m making homemade baby purees. Just a tiny touch of butter gives the puree that silky smoothness babies and toddlers love when they are being introduced to new foods. It also gives the puree a little bit of a deeper flavor profile, so when mixed with a dash of cumin, or garlic, or whatever spice is around, I know that baby is slowly developing her palate bite by bite (: And she always loves it!
